Welcome to api.azicore.com (the "API Services"), operated by Azicore ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our API endpoints, developer tools, or data feeds, you ("Developer," "User," or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the API Services.

1. Account Registration and API Keys

To access certain endpoints, you must register for an account and obtain unique credentials or API keys. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any requests made using your API keys will be deemed to be authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.

2. License Grant and Usage Restrictions

Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API Services solely to query data and integrate features into your websites or applications.

You strictly agree NOT to:

Circumvent rate limits, implement distributed scraping networks, or perform denial-of-service tactics against our infrastructure.
Cache or store API responses locally for the purpose of recreating a competing directory, database, or marketplace.
Sublicense, sell, rent, or lease access to the raw API endpoints to any third party without explicit written authorization.
Falsify or mask your network identity or User-Agent headers when making requests.

3. Rate Limits and Fair Use Policy

We reserves the right to impose dynamic rate limits (e.g., requests per minute/day) to ensure infrastructure stability. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent automated IP throttling or API key suspension. We are not liable for any service degradation in your application caused by rate-limiting events.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE API SERVICES AND ALL ASSOCIATED DATA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE API SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR DETAILED TO ACCURATELY SPECIFY REAL-TIME MARKET CONTEXTS AT ALL TIMES.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AZICORE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE API SERVICES.

6. Termination

We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to api.azicore.com at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, harms other users, or damages our operational infrastructure.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azicore operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
